Patient Information

Appointments

This practice offers flexible hours to accommodate most patients’ schedules. We will also accommodate patients needing emergency care. Appointments can be made with the receptionists during office hours. Dr. Weiner is in the office Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Office staff is available Monday through Friday.

Dr. Weiner sees patients on Mondays from 1pm-5pm, Tuesdays from 10am-5pm and Thursdays 1pm-5pm. Our schedule does change periodically so please check with the receptionists for available hours.

Every effort is made to keep waiting time in the office to a minimum. However, emergencies arise, patients arrive late and some patients need more time than others. If we do fall behind, we hope you will understand. Please remember that you could be the patient who requires extra attention. We ask patients with late morning and late afternoon appointments to call the office 30 minutes prior to their appointment to see if the doctor is running on time. The receptionists try their best to give patients the most accurate and up-to-date information to minimize waiting time. If you find it inconvenient to wait, we will be glad to reschedule your appointment. Should you need to cancel your appointment, kindly notify our office at least 24 hours in advance (72 hours for surgical appointments) so that other patients can be scheduled during the vacated time slot.

You can speed up your first visit by preparing your registration forms before you arrive. Click Here to download and print the registration form.

Insurance

All-County Dermatology participates with most major insurance plans. Our receptionists can provide you with a current list of insurance plans in which we participate. If you have health insurance, please bring your insurance information with you to all visits. For all insurance plans, patients are responsible for payment of the deductibles, co-insurance and co-payments. The payments are required at the time services are rendered. Patients are also responsible for obtaining any necessary referrals prior to their office visit. Patients that do not have a valid referral must pay for their office visit in full or reschedule their appointment.

Payment

Payment is expected at the time of your visit. Payment in full is the responsibility of the patient. Please keep in mind that patients are responsible for deductibles, co-insurance, co-payments and services not covered by insurance. Cash, checks and credit cards are acceptable forms of payment at this office.
